Glenwood City High School Remodel/Addition
This addition was for a new band room, lobby and kitchen addition/remodel. The entire Industrial Arts wing was remodeled. The locker rooms, shower rooms, main corridor and art room were also remodeled. A new wood floor and bleachers were installed in the high school gymnasium. The Family Development Room received a make over with new cabinets in the five kitchen stations.
EDS Builders and the team was the reason only one change order was written in the amount of $3,000.00. Over $25,000.00 from the general conditions fund was returned to the owner.
