NCCM Company is a family owned and operated business founded when Brent and Julie Niccum purchased the intellectual property for 3M's proprietary mill roll material in 2009. This material, which 3M still sells to NCCM under exclusive license, is used in the manufacture of these state-of-the-art mills rolls used for wringing, oiling, tension and strip control at various steps in metal processing operations. Brent worked at 3M on research and development technologies for 20 years and continues to drive and cast vision in new technology and process improvements as a business owner.
